What is included in the Facility Fee?
The Facility Fee includes a variety of amenities designed to make your stay more comfortable and convenient, including:
- Daily continental breakfast
- 24-hour coffee and tea service
- 24-hour onsite fitness center with exclusive access to a state-of-the-art NB facility
- In-room streaming service
- Discounted overnight parking

Do you offer early check in?
Yes, based off hotel availability for an additional charge of $50.
Is there an Incidental authorization upon check-in?
$35/day authorization. Regardless of your booking method, all guests must provide a valid credit card for incidentals upon check-in.
Is there a minimum age for check-in?
Yes, 21 years old.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Our property is a smoke-free hotel, therefore smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms, only in designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed should this not be adhered to.
Do you offer wireless service in the hotel and guest rooms?
It is part of our daily facility fee charge of $35, not including taxes, per day.
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Our fitness center can be accessed 24 hours/day using your guestroom key! Equipment available includes: two treadmills, one bike, elliptical machine, weight station, Swiss balls and yoga mats.
If you want extra space to workout, all of our guests receive access to New balance fitness clubs, inquiry at the front desk!
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
No room service.
Do you have a business center?
Our hotel offers a 24 hour print, copy, scan and fax service located in our lobby.
Do you have a pool?
No, but you can cool off with a refreshing drink at our outdoor patio or cross the street and go kayaking on the Charles!
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Your four-legged friends are welcome! For a $115 per stay fee, we allow up to two dogs in a room, no larger than 75 pounds each.
Do you have a spa?
We do not have a spa, but we have art and that’s even more rejuvenating!
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs? Is there a charge?
Rollaway beds are available to our based on availability for a charge of $20/day. Cribs are available at no charge based on availability.
What is the requirement to check in to the room?
Our hotel guests are required to have a valid ID and a credit card with matching names at check in.
Can I check in with my debit card?
Yes, a valid debit card can be used at check-in. Please note: a hold will be placed on the card for the full amount of the stay, plus $35 a day for incidentals. It can take your bank 7 to 10 business days to return the funds to the account after you check out. If you present a debit card, please plan accordingly.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, based upon availability. Contact the hotel directly for special requests.

Do you have fridges/microwaves/coffee makers in the rooms?
We offer fridges and microwaves at no charge. We offer coffee in our lobby.
