General Information 


Q: What is check in/check out time? 

A: Check in is 4:00 PM/Check out is 11:00 AM 


Q: Do you offer early check in? 

A: Yes, based on hotel availability. 


Q: Is there an Incidental authorization upon check-in? 

A: $50/day authorization fee. Regardless of your booking method, all guests must provide a valid credit card for incidentals upon check-in.  


Q: Is there a minimum age for check-in?

A: Yes, 21 years old. 


Q: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms? 

A: Our property is a smoke-free hotel, therefore smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms, only in designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed should this not be adhered to. 


Q: Do you offer complimentary wireless service in the hotel and guest rooms?

A: It is part of our daily facility fee charge of $11.95 inclusive of tax 


Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?  

A: Our fitness center can be accessed 24 hours/day using your guestroom key!


Q: Do you offer room service? What are the hours? 

A: We have a grab and go service at our on-site restaurant Casa Caña. Order from your room and pick up when ready!


Q: Do you have a business center? 

A: Our hotel offers a 24 hour print, copy, scan and fax service located in our lobby. 


Q: Do you have a pool?

A: No, but you can cool off with a refreshing drink at our outdoor patio or cross the street and go kayaking on the Charles! 


Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Yes! Your four-legged friends are welcome! For a $75 per stay fee, we allow up to two dogs in a room, no larger than 75 pounds each. 


Q: Do you have a spa? 

A: We do not have a spa, but we have art and that’s even more rejuvenating!


Q: Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs? Is there a charge? 

A: Rollaway beds are available to our based on availability for a charge of $20/day. Cribs are available at no charge based on availability. 


Q: What is the requirement to check in to the room?

A: Our hotel guests are required to have a valid ID and a credit card with matching names at check in. 


Q: Can I check in with my debit card? 

A: Yes, a valid debit card can be used at check-in. Please note: a hold will be placed on the card for the full amount of the stay, plus $50 a day for incidentals. It can take your bank 7 to 10 business days to return the funds to the account after you check out. If you present a debit card, please plan accordingly. 


Q: Do you have connecting rooms?  

A: Yes, based upon availability. Contact the hotel directly for special requests. 


Q: Do you have accessible rooms?

A: Yes, as outlined on the website. 


Q: Do you have fridges/microwaves/coffee makers in the rooms?

A: We offer fridges based on availability for a charge of $15/stay and microwaves at no charge. We offer complimentary coffee in our lobby.

A: Casa Caña Restaurant Hours:  

Breakfast: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 10:00am; 

Brunch: Saturday and Sunday 9am-3pm 

Bar Menu: Monday- Sunday 3:00pm – 5:00pm & 11pm-2am 

Lunch: Not open during lunch hours  

Dinner: Monday- Sunday 5:00pm – 11:00pm Daily
